COVID-19 Trading Announcement

This is an unprecedented time in our history. The COVID-19 pandemic is having an impact on the health of our loved ones, the businesses we rely upon, the health of the global economy, and the way we live our daily lives. As we all continue to navigate through these unique and evolving challenges, we want you to know that Axikem is here for you and our commitment to you will not waver.

We are here to help our customers

Our store is remaining open with some changes to trade!

Our Front door Yambil Street is OPEN for service. The Back entrance via Canal Street is now OPEN to customers. We are encouraging phone orders and delivery where possible for essential orders. Balloon orders will proceed as normal, pick up arranged at the front of Axikem, or Contactless deliveries are encouraged.

We do ask you to Sanitise your hands upon entering the shop. Please use the QR Code for check in.  Staff will be able to assist with purchases. 

We continue to prioritise the health and safety of our employees and we are doing so by enacting additional preventative measures to protect their well-being. In turn, these measures will also help to minimise business disruption and provide you and our other customers with a continuity of service.

Like many retailers, we have experienced an extremely high demand of cleaning, sanitizing and personal hygiene focused products. We are working hard with our supply partners to re-stock these items where possible and for any stock that is available, we are prioritising supply to our loyal customers.

With regards to balloon deliveries we will endeavor to continue to bring joy with our Fabulous balloon bouquets, it has never been more important to create joy in our loved ones lives and bring a smile to a special someone’s face.

All orders and enquiries can made via our Website, Phone, Email or in the Shop.
Once your order is confirmed and finalised, complimentary contactless delivery will be made available to your place of work or home in the Griffith Area. Outside of this area to be confirmed.
